Tempted Offers Screened Members-Only Lifestyle Friendly Events in Louisville
All guests attending a Club Tempted event agree to abide by the following rules. In addition, all members agree to abide by the terms of their Membership Agreement. If you see a member not following these rules, please inform a Tempted staff member IMMEDIATELY.
Club Purpose
The purpose of Club Tempted is to provide an alternative lifestyle-friendly club for couples, singles, and those in extended relationships, allowing them to exercise their First Amendment right to meet and socialize in an enjoyable nightclub setting. Although the club is primarily oriented to serving individuals involved in the traditional swinger community, it also welcomes the BDSM and other kink communities. It is a members-only club to provide a safe, comfortable venue for people to share their particular interests with other like-minded adults. Guests acknowledge the club’s purpose and that they are attending a private social gathering expressly for that purpose. Although the club hosts events to allow individuals to meet and socialize, guests acknowledge that just because they attend an event at the club, there is no promise or expectation of engaging in any activity with any other individuals.
Conduct Towards Others
Single ladies are to be respected. Stalking or harassment of single ladies is never permitted.
We do not release our guests’ private information. To contact another guest, you will need to ask them directly at a Tempted event or through their profile on the Club Tempted website.
Attendees must ask permission and receive affirmative consent before touching or watching other guests. “NO” means No! And, no response still means “NO.”
Remain courteous and respectful to each other as well as Tempted staff, volunteers, and entertainers.
If you enter a play area and are not playing, please only whisper or do not talk at all.
Singles are not permitted upstairs at the club UNLESS accompanied by a Couple.
Do not invade the personal space of others while they are playing. If there is any doubt, ask them if they would like your company. If they answer “No,” it is time to move on and out of the area.
Dress Code
Here at Tempted, we ask that when you attend the club, please dress to impress those you are trying to mingle with! Once at the club, feel free to slip into something sexy to get your flirt on!
FRIDAYS are always dress Casual. Keep it clean! Keep it fresh! Keep it Tempted! T shirts and shorts are allowed, but they must be clean. T-shirts with logos, work/sports related or other are not allowed. Sweats are not allowed.
SATURDAYS are always dress to impress! You can always dress the theme for the night. If you are not dressing the theme, men are required to wear collared shirts. If men are wearing shorts, they must be dress style shorts. No ripped/holey jeans allowed on Saturday events. SATURDAY DRESS CODE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.

Jeans are acceptable, but we ask you to dress them up with a nice shirt and shoes.
When you are in doubt and trying to decide what to wear, remember you are coming to a Premier Private Club.
You never know who you will bump into!
General
No photos or videos are to be taken inside the club. If you need to check your phone for messages/text/etc. Do so quickly and discreetly.
Tempted operates following state and federal law and therefore reserves the right to report prostitution and/or sex trafficking as well as the use and/or trafficking of illegal substances to law enforcement.
Absolutely no weapons of any kind allowed on Tempted premises.
Members (couples) agree to leave Tempted events together.
If you have an accident, please clean it up and/or notify staff to help you.
Tempted does not sell any alcohol, but members are allowed to bring in their own alcoholic beverages. Tempted provides ice, cups, and mixers for members free of charge. We ask that if you bring your own cup, it is in a tumbler cup WITH a lid (such as a Yeti).
Overly intoxicated guests will be asked to leave or be denied entrance to the facility.
Attendees must be 21 or over and have a valid Government Issued ID available to present at check-in.
Entry doors CLOSE at Midnight. No NEW entry after midnight.
Diversity and Respect
All individuals who wish to enjoy the purpose of the club are eligible to apply for membership, regardless of: gender; sexual orientation; gender identity; relationship status; play styles; kinks and fetishes; preferred sexual activities; or sexual preferences (hereinafter “Sexual Interests”). However, as a members-only club, Tempted reserves the right to accept or reject any application for membership based upon the determination, at its sole discretion, as to the suitability of the applicant for membership, based upon the club’s stated purpose. It also reserves the right to revoke any individual's membership based on the determination, at its sole discretion, that the individual is no longer suitable for membership based upon the club’s stated purpose. Tempted further reserves the right to restrict or regulate any Sexual Interests of members while using the club for any reason, including, but not limited to, health, safety, and/or legal concerns.
Additionally, Tempted recognizes that not all its members will have the same Sexual Interests. But, Tempted expects all of its members to respect the dignity of other members regardless of whether their Sexual Interests are the same or not.
No member shall harass, intimidate, or make any negative or disparaging remarks to another member because either member dislikes the other member’s Sexual Interests. Every member is free to decline to participate in or even observe any other member(s) engaging in any Sexual Interests they do not like.
Further, no member shall attempt to harass, intimidate or coerce any other member(s) to participate in or observe any Sexual Interests that they do not like. As always, no means no.
No member shall attempt to deceive, mislead, or make false statements to another member about their Sexual Interests in order to induce them to engage in sexual activity they know, or should know, the other member would not otherwise participate in.
Tempted reserves the right to remove from the club and/or cancel the membership of any member(s) who violate these rules or become disruptive.
Dungeon Rules
All interactions shall be entirely safe and consensual.
There is NO “Dungeon Monitor” or other individuals responsible for monitoring any BDSM play at the Club. The safety of all BDSM play rests solely on the participants, and any BDSM activity is done solely at a participant’s risk.
You shall use a pre-arranged “safe word” for all scenes, and upon the use of the safeword, all play shall be stopped at once. The suggested safe word is “RED.”
Be aware of your surroundings, and ensure your play does not interfere with or injure anyone else in your vicinity.
Do not touch anyone’s person or property without their permission.
Do not enter a scene in progress or talk to anyone in a scene without being invited to do so; step away from a scene if asked to do so, and otherwise generally respect any scenes in progress.
No loud conversations in the Dungeon area if any scenes are in progress.
No fire play, wax play, blood play, water sports, or scat play is allowed.
Clean any equipment you have used after you are finished.
Limit your sessions to 60 minutes when other guests are waiting to use a station.
Although no “Dungeon Monitor” is present, take any concerns you have about safety or behavior in the Dungeon to the staff of Tempted.
TICKET SALES POLICY – NON-REFUNDABLE; TRANSFER TO ANOTHER MEMBER
All ticket sales are final. NO RESELLING OF TICKETS. Tickets will be returned to Tempted for a restock fee of $30 if done prior to 2 weeks before the event. Ticket refund will be a credit to the account. If ticket is returned any less than 2 weeks prior to event there are NO Returns or Refunds or credit. If Tempted is forced to cancel an event, you will receive a credit in accordance with the Event Cancellation Policy.
Everyone attempting to enter using that ticket must have a current membership with Tempted at the time of that event, and it is your responsibility to inform them of that fact. Tempted has no obligation to allow entry of anyone who is not a current member, regardless of whether they have a ticket to an event.
EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY – TICKET CREDIT
Occasionally, events may have to be canceled because of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances (such as a power outage). If an event has to be canceled, Tempted will attempt to notify you as soon as that decision has been made. If you ever have any doubt about the status of an event because of weather, please check the website, as it will have the most current information.
If Tempted cancels an event, no action is required on your part. The cost of your event ticket and any add-ons will be credited to you when you purchase a ticket for any future event. No refunds will be given.
Tempted is not liable for travel, lodging, or any other expenses you or anyone else incur in connection with a canceled event.
